A little about me

I found my way through this season too.

My work is shaped by my own story. I am a mother of twins who spent time in the NICU, and a survivor of postpartum depression. I know this terrain from the inside.

That is why the perinatal season is the heart of my work. Whether you are anxious in pregnancy, sitting beside an incubator, grieving a loss, or simply not feeling like yourself, you deserve to be met with real understanding.
